This fashionable eatery has a great concept: inexpensive, French-influenced Vietnamese food served quickly. Fans of banh mi will flip for the super-cheap baguettes ($4.35 for an 8-inch, $6.40 for a 12-inch) filled with cucumber, daikon, carrots and your choice of protein. The grilled pork and Vietnamese ham are succulent sandwich-stuffers, or try tofu or cheese if you're meat-averse. The crispy spring rolls (traditional, grilled pork or chicken salad) are so delicious you might want to eat an entire meal of them, and the salads and noodle dishes are light, fresh and vibrant entrée choices. Be sure to try the delightful jasmine-lime iced tea or lychee soda. This place may just be the best shopping-center-food deal at the Camp.
