DonerG's meals mostly come courtesy of two twirling cones of meat, which is already part of the restaurant's name: doner kebab. These are slabs of marinated meat, stacked (impaled really) in front of heating element that slowly cooks it. As people order, a giant serrated saber shaves it like they're whittling a tree trunk. Since it's done by hand, the meat at DonerG can come in delicate petals or thicker fingers. You can have it stuffed into a pita, a wrap, or in a plate. Of the latter there's the iskender kabob, where the meat shavings are doused in a thin tomato sauce that taste a lot like Ragu except good.
