It may be part of a chain, but this nautically themed eatery never feels impersonal. Fresh salads, delicious seafood and mammoth steaks make for a classic dining experience. It has kept up with the times, though; one of its best dishes features seared scallops served with ginger soy, wasabi cream and saffron risotto. The best part of the meal, however, could be dessert: the hot-chocolate lava cake and Chart House soufflé will send your stomach into nirvana.
