Every third Wednesday of the month, the Continental Room in Fullerton gets a serious case of Beatle-mania. The dimly lit, intimate space presents Hard Day's Night, a Beatles tribute experience consisting of a pretty damn good recreation of a Fab Four concert. First, we get a look back at the Beatles' explosive "touring years" ('64-'66), then a glimpse at the Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road era ('67 to '70), which were altogether some of the grooviest times in rock history. This tribute band has everything covered from the perfectly groomed mop-tops to vintage guitars to British accents. It's kitschy, eccentric, nostalgic—and if you've caught the Continental's Elvis Show on the first Wednesday of the month, then you already know they can do one hell of a throwback.
