Selanne Steak Tavern starts a new holiday tradition by serving its first memorable gourmet dinner for Thanksgiving. Chef Joshua Severson’s Thanksgiving menu is composed of three tempting traditional courses with choices accompanied by straight-from-the-farm sides served family style. Entrée choices include Diestel Turkey Two Ways, American Wagyu Ribeye Roast and Kurobuta Leg of Ham Sugar and Spiced. For dessert, there’s a choice of Chocolate Pecan Coconut Pie or Baker’s Pumpkin Pie. And, guests will want to pair their holiday dinner with fine wines from Selanne’s Wine Spectator “The Best of Award of Excellence” wine list.
