The holidays are just around the corner, and it’s time to sharpen your carving knives along with your classic cooking skills. Michael Puglisi and Richard Lu, of Electric City Butcher, will show us how to host a successful holiday dinner. Learn from your local butcher how to brine, carve and roast the perfect turkey, make a quick gravy, and some of ECB's favorite holiday sides. Included in the demonstration is a six-dish meal, wine, as well as ECB's famous charcuterie.

What are my parking options getting to the event?
There are two parking structures off 5th Street, a metered parking lot off 3rd and Bush, and metered parking throughout East End and Downtown Santa Ana.
