The cleverly named courses are: “Tiny Gets Shoved in the Locker,” Coke Farms tempura stuffed-squash blossom, Laughing Bird shrimp, Bloomsdale spinach, ricotta cheese, thai curry sauce, Freyr Farms petite basil; “Suzie & Sean's Rainbow Adventure,” Sockeye Salmon, Suzie’s Farm rainbow chard, red spring onions, Sean Minor Pinot Noir mustard seed demi reduction; “The Whole Farm All Rolled Into One,” 48-hours sous vide porchetta, Comanche Creek summer squash, Weiser Family Farms confit potato, County Line Harvest heirloom eggplant, cilantro chimichurri and “Gettin’ Figgy With It!” Murray Family Farms warm fig cake, Tamai Family Farms green-strawberry ice cream, crispy candied bacon, salty whiskey sauce, green-blueberries.
