Anyone who's graduated from adoring pet rocks into studying geology should come to the West Coast Gem and Mineral Show. And those who aren't studying geology, but absolutely love handmade jewelry, or keeping large chunks of gemstones around, or just like to look at the different varieties of glowing quartz, Tiger Eye, amber, opalite, gold, diamonds, or other sedentary, igneous, and metamorphic rocks should make their way there as well. This weekend-long event gathers over eighty independent mineral dealers and retailers from around the country who have made collecting and harvesting these gorgeous little stones their life's work. Find those special energy crystals meant to send you powerful vibrations, or an amazing meteorite from space, but do visit this unique faire.
