Their Theater

This month, Rude Guerrilla Theater is closing out its jam-packed eleventh season with the seventy-year old American classic Our Town. Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize winning play, a minimalist meditation on American life, helped put New Hampshire on the cultural map in a way in which What About Bob? could only have dreamt. Utilizing innovative narrative techniques, universally relatable subject matter and the barest of set designs, Wilder created one of the more resonant classics to drip from American pens in the ‘30s, one that can be performed virtually anywhere that has a spotlight and an audience. Spotlights will surely be provided.
