The Lennon Sisters

As one of the most beloved musical acts on The Lawrence Welk Show, the Lennon Sisters (Dianne, Peggy, Kathy and Janet) were the epitome of white, wholesome, American darlings. It didn’t hurt that they were lookers, too, and could harmonize the wings off a rose-breasted grosbeak. Appearing as regulars on the show after their debut in 1955, the gals began a successful commercial career in 1968. Though Peggy and Dianne retired a decade ago, Kathy and Janet continue to perform with younger sister Mimi as a trio. Don’t miss your chance to experience what is sure to be a stunning night of traditional music history.
