Tacos taste better when they’re being eaten for a good cause, and the 2nd Annual Tacos and Good Deeds event in Costa Mesa will offer up tasty bites in exchange for a donated backpack. The event is hosted by Blue C and will benefit the non-profit organization Share Our Selves (SOS), who have been providing safety net services in Orange County for the last forty years. The drive is aiming to collect 5,000 backpacks for children throughout the county, and every backpack donated will be good for a raffle ticket, tacos courtesy of Sancho’s Tacos, and dessert from Longboard’s Ice Cream. Pick up a Pixar backpack or Disney shoulder bag and enjoy some good karma grub.
