Few romantic comedies sparkle enough to warrant more than 50 years on the stage and two major motion pictures (one starring Audry Hepburn and the other featuring Harrison Ford), but Samuel A. Taylors Sabrina Fair has done just that. Now this Cinderella story of a humble chauffeurs daughter who ventures abroad, cuts her hair and grows a sense of independence only to return to a love triangle between her and two millionaire brothers, can be seen at the Long Beach Playhouse under the direction of Elaine Herman. Will Sabrina choose handsome playboy David whom shes loved since childhood? Or has her recent Parisian makeover diverted her taste toward sophisticated and serious older brother Linus?
Fridays, Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Sundays, 2 p.m. Starts: March 27. Continues through April 26, 2009
