Celebrate the glory of sustainability with Positively Delicious OC, a four-day, multiple-event food festival happening at several locations throughout Orange County. Produced by The Positive Plate, the festival seeks to educate while entertaining with an assortment of activities including film screenings, chef demonstrations and multi-course gourmet dinners. This Monday, Grand Central Art Center hosts a free screening of In Organic We Trust, an award-winning documentary about what it really means to be organic and the current challenges both agriculture and society face in light of our poor food choices. The film’s producer, Kip Pastor, joins for a Q&A session after the film, while Memphis supplies natural sodas and an organic popcorn bar. Chew on that!
