Catching the attention of fans and record labels alike with their 2009 release The Snake Oil Salesmen, the band seems fully prepared to stretch beyond local borders to rope in a new crop of shaggy haired followers. With a new year full of promise, the band sets their sights on a West Coast tour alongside the Silent Comedy, a fiery folk outfit from San Diego. This week, they’ll have a hometown send-off at La Cave before hitching up the wagons and heading up North for the bulk of January.
