Long Beach Comic Con

For the second annual Long Beach Comic Con, things all around are generally bigger than last year's inaugural addition. It's three full days now, and happening Halloween weekend — meaning there will presumably be even more people dressed up than at a typical comic book convention. It's also the same weekend as the premiere of The Walking Dead on AMC, a TV series adaptation of the zombie-infestation comic book epic, and don't think that's going ignored by the LBCC. The convention will have an exclusive issue of The Walking Dead comic given free to attendees, plus an appearance Sunday from Steven Yeun, who plays Glenn on the show. Plus there's your typical comic book show trappings, such as vendors setting up shop, an appearance from Stan Lee and random TV actors like Corin Nemac from Parker Lewis Can't Lose.
