Lemonheads

The Lemonheads represent an anomaly in the annals of one hit wonders. The 90's alt-band, fronted by a once notoriously self-important front man, are best known to radio listening audiences for their cover of Simon & Garfunkel's “Mrs. Robinson.” But outside of radio rotation, they actually had a critically respected body of work and a devoted core following. Though drugs played a central role in the band's downfall, it seems neither controlled substances nor a herculean ego can totally stop these guys. After three decades they continue continue to bring their pop rock to devoted audiences and will be playing their 1992 album “It's a Shame About Ray,” in its entirety.
