It's a classic rock double scoop this Saturday night as the Steve Miller Band shares a headline with Journey at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Celebrating the 40th anniversary of iconic album The Joker, the Steve Miller Band released a new live album of the record in its entirety, recorded just for the occasion—so be prepared to hear plenty of hits straight outta 1973. Journey, on the other hand, besides being the reigning kings of the most-often sung karaoke tune of all time (“Don't Stop Believin',” naturally) are still riding the wave of their 2012 documentary about the band's legacy and moving forward with newish lead singer Arnel Pineda (Steve Perry just last month squashed rumors of a reunion). This is arena rock at its best—they've been at it for decades, after all.
