Each street hosts a bundle of different nationalitiesNorth Glassell becomes German, Norwegian, Polynesian and Dutch, for examplethat offer delicious examples of their countrys food and music to thousands of fair-goers. It can all be a little overwhelming, so the Weekly recommends you take it slowlybut at the very least stop by the Greek area for some loukoumades (a soft pastry drizzled in honey), then step over to the Irish Stage for music from local boys the American Wake.
