From the graphic, eye-catching designs that grace skateboard decks to old back issues of Thrasher magazine, artists have always helped shape southern California's skate culture with an edge. Legendary skater Don Pendleton knows this best, and has one foot on a skateboard and another in the studio. Artists Republic 4 Tomorrow gallery showcases his latest series of work in a show called 'Geometry N Light' exhibiting Pendleton's unique and colorful Mondrian-esque figures defined by thick lines. Joining him in this show are works by Jim Houser, Ferris Plock, Fos and more, providing even more color and eccentric visions to the mix.
