Join Olympic cyclist Tony Cruz and 14 of his friends on one of the world's most intensive bike rides in this feature-length documentary—all the while sitting comfortably on your ass in an air-conditioned theater. Filmmakers Scott Q. Nguyen and Stephane Gauger take audiences on a wild journey over the course of twelve days as Cruz and his crew ride 1000 miles from North to South Vietnam—including a stretch along the Ho Chi Minh Highway, the road taken by Northern Vietnamese troops during the final invasion in the '70s. Screening only at the Art Theatre, it's a perfect calling for the bike-mad community of Long Beach.
