Annie

Everyone knows Annie, the story of a poor girl that finally finds a home of her own, and despite the odds and a few greedy ne’er-do-wells, finds love and acceptance. Essentially, it’s Pretty Woman, only instead of a prostitute with a heart of gold, the protagonist is a loveable redheaded orphan girl. And since you already know the story, so you’re probably asking yourself, “Why would I see this play? Again?” Is it: A) Because you love it; B) You know all the words to Tomorrow and you can’t wait to sing along; C) Because secretly, you cry every time Daddy Warbucks finally welcomes Annie into his arms; Or, D) All of the above? No, there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. I answered D, too.
