48th Annual Cruise of Lights
It may be the only time when lit up in Huntington Beach does not refer to staggering along Main Street late at night looking for your car, driving home at 7 mph so as not to attract the citys baton-happy cops, peeing on your neighbors mailbox, treading on your cat and throwing up on the dog, and passing out facedown in the pizza box. The myriad of out-of-town visitors to the annual Cruise of Lightsnarrated boat tours through the Huntington Harbour waterways to check out hundreds of brightly decorated houses, boats, docks and deckswill thank you for remembering its a warmhearted, civilized family affair. Ooohs and aahs welcome; booze-soaked technicolor yawns, not.
