Order a Loucette at Laguna Beach's Broadway By Amar Santana, and you'll get a small, delicate glass filled with 42 Below vodka, Martini & Rossi Bianco, grapefruit juice, lime juice, honey and rosemary water. The combination of flavors is like a sweet ballet dancing on your palate. The honey softens the cocktail, while the rosemary water, nearly undetectable, grounds the drink with a savory caress. The vodka and vermouth mingle together to go down smoothly—dangerously so. Like a baby's bottom. Though every drink we've had at the restaurant is amazing (such as the Elder Fashion or one of the absinthe cocktails), the Loucette is something we could easily imbibe all night long.
