Oh, if only all bartenders could be like Jonathan Almanza. Beers would never get empty, shots would always be frosty cold—no one makes a Tic Tac like he does. Of all the bartenders we've ever met (and that's . . . well, it's a lot), he is by far the best—which must have something to do with his 11 years of experience at O'Malley's On Main, one of the finest Irish pubs around. If the music is especially good that night, chances are the tunes are coming from Almanza's iPod, and you just might get lucky and catch him busting a few moves behind the bar. He also goes by the nickname "Scuba"; the story behind that is a little . . . let's say, shrouded.
