We don't know if it's the marvelous sunset views, the reggae or the fact it's Laguna Beach, but Mozambique Steakhouse is the coastal spot where OC's formidable cougar crowd—decadent, boobed-out wannabe MILFS—love to hit the dance floor. Mozambique has just enough old-colonial flair for an old dame with too little skirt and too much money to feel like she's right at home pouncing on young boys. The dudes who come for the outstanding reggae lineup on Sunday afternoons, cozy atmosphere and fantastic sound system have the added bonus of knowing that if they wink at the right old broad, they can probably earn themselves a free drink.
