What with all the spicy and jerk-encrusted deliciousness coming out of Eva's Caribbean Kitchen, it's only natural she would create a rum-based cocktail to complement her fine, fine dishes. And what a cocktail it is. Served in a martini glass, the Brown Suga (pronounced "shugga") is just as sweet as it sounds. Made with 12-year-old rum, sweet and sour and a squeeze of lime, the final touch is a rim of—you guessed it—brown sugar. Liquid heaven.
