As if having to plan a quinceanera with a picky 14 year-old wasn't enough, having to find a good shop of the 25+ of so there is in downtown Santa Ana is probably even harder. But after seeing your this Best Of about Rosa's Bridal i thought i would give it a try.. and let me tell you it did not dissapoint. The customer service was great it felt like they really understood the big deal this was for my daughters once in a lifetime event and the lady named Lupita, which is the one that made a dress that a picky teenager just went nuts over, made me feel very comfortable. Not only that, but the prices were much better than the other 5 shops we visited making much easier to compare plus quality of work was excellent. If i have one recommendation is to tell you not to waste your whole day going around shop-to-shop just go to Rosa's and let the ladies do their magic.

At Rosa's Bridal all merchandise for sale does not have prices. Shopping here is like shopping in another country that means they make up the prices for anything in their store. Also, the personnel here is very relaxed in how they help customers. I had a problem with an item I ordered. Instead of accomodating me here at Rosa's, an employee named Lolis argued with me. I will not recommend this store for any of your Quinceanera needs.
