This is the only candy store we've ever seen that has made a grown man's eyes light up—and then had him drop $35 on a month's supply of Charleston Chews. Fairly new to the Second Street slew of (mostly) family-friendly stores, cafés and restaurants, Powell's has everything you could ever want when it comes to sweets: from Necco Wafers and candy cigarettes to every flavor of Bubblelicious, even a wide assortment of imported English candies.
