During the day, the District is quiet and calm. People walking by will come in to grab a drink and some food and watch TV. But as the day continues, bar hoppers and Chapman University students start popping in, and the lounge atmosphere gets dialed to 11. And by the time it’s 11 p.m.? Let’s just say that the idea for Chapman’s Undie Run had to have started here. . . .
