Our arteries still haven’t forgiven us for the richrichrich half-pound of pork belly slathered in sauce that we ate, alongside mac and cheese, all washed down with a hand-crafted root beer. Or the pulled pork, corn bread (with actual corn in it) and cranberry/peanut coleslaw. Despite the girth added each visit, we always float peacefully from the intimate restaurant.
