The One Man Legend calls for a little backup this week, as Phil Shane plays a rare performance with his Hot Damn Band at the House of Blues. Shane—well-chronicled for his one-man Vegas-style lounge acts in nearly every bar in Orange County—takes on a venue much more befitting his over-the-top style; constricted dive bars just can’t handle what Shane does to a cover song.
