Foodies: Finally, you can sample your favorite food trucks all in one area without the threat of the event being shut down (fingers crossed, of course, previous food truck meet-ups haven’t been so lucky). The OC Foodie Fest is gathering 50 gourmet food trucks, including Barcelona On The Go, The Taco Dawg, and Crepes Bonaparte—who can be seen on Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race. The mobile eateries will be shoveling out small plates as fast as you can eat them, with prices ranging from $1 to $5. There’s even going to be a wine and beer garden to help you wash everything down. And as you wander from truck to truck, check out the performances by local bands and dance crews. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit Child SHARE and Pretend City Children’s Museum.
