It doesn't matter what side of the debate you fall on regarding the lawsuit between Dead Kennedy's guitarist East Bay Ray and Jello Biafra. Maybe they're both sellouts. The fact remains, East Bay, aka Raymond Pepperell, plays his axe with the same spaced-out psychedelic punk flare he did on such classics as “Winnebago Warrior” and “California Uber Alles.” Check him out with his current band, the Killer Smiles for their CD release party.
