Diana: Legacy of a Princess

No matter how much some people long for the vanquishing of the British Monarchy, the rest of us continue to go nuts over publicly-funded fairy tales and will never tire of the royals–especially their most beloved outcast, Princess Diana. This extensive exhibit offers the Di-adoring hours of memorabilia sifting, including a look at some of her poshest '80s glam gowns, video of her engagement and wedding, and even Hallmark cards with her or the Queen’s faces printed on the front that she sent out as jokes. It’s usually illuminating and often touching, and you’ll be reminded, once again, of how uncouth, dirty and just plain stupid our American celebutantes are, and why Lady Diana Spencer, missteps and frailties and all, could never be called anything else.
