Excessive drooling due to a massive under-bite doesn’t always turn the fellas on, but add to that a slew of loose skin rolls, a set of thick, cankled legs and a plentiful layer of body hair and you’ve got yourself a combo worthy of panting over. The 8th Annual Bulldog Beauty Contest hosted by Haute Dog Pageants aims to crown these K-9 lovelies based on their charm, first impression, face, figure and personality with special awards given out for “Best Legs,” “Best Smile,” and “Best Booty.” Reigning area beauty queens evaluate the contest and proceeds benefit the Southern California Bulldog Rescue and the nonprofit 501c3 Community Action Team, which includes Haute Dogs and Operation Santa Paws.
