And it Feels So Good

Drag the River broke up last year . . . or so we thought. The Fort Collins, Colorado-based alt-country group is confusing fans by playing the Gypsy Lounge on Valentine's Day for what the band say could be part of their final string of performances. The group have made something of a tradition of playing the Lake Forest venue every Feb. 14 for seven years and were scheduled through something like 2112 until abruptly splitting up during a tour with Rocky Votolato. The band, fronted by ALL singer Chad Price and Armchair Martian singer/guitarist Jon Snodgrass, were set to release their album You Can't Live This Way in January when they booked a handful of Colorado shows. That turned into a three-gig trek out West, plus a few East Coast dates. While Snodgrass says the break-up tag is not completely accurate, he does add that these could be his group's last shows.
