The Discovery Science Center's most "pop"ular annual event (ha!) comes back this spring to teach children about science under the guise of entertaining hands-on activities and lively magic performances. For the Fest's main event, the Mega Bubblefest Laser Show, join "bubble scientist" Deni Yang as he creates a plethora of effervescent floating spheres: bouncing bubbles, spinning bubbles, smoking bubbles, tiny bubbles inside large ones and more. After the show, let the kids run wild on the DSC grounds for bubble-themed activity stations and DIY projects. It's like a science field trip in the middle of spring break—educational, hortative, there's even a little bath-time thrown in—and they'll never suspect a thing!
