The Observatory taps into its blues vein this week with the arrival of Walter Trout—who, in February, got a double-page spread in Guitarist Magazine's 100 Guitar Heroes edition. With his newest album, Luther's Blues, released in June, Trout takes his rockstar handling of that ol' six-string on an international tour (much to the joy of his fan club members across 14 countries). Fans of rock, blues, jazz, and great music in general, must get to the Observatory this Friday night—and pray to the guitar gods he does a cover of "Dust my Broom.
