Uh, Tattoo's are not a criminal offense. But most of the people that wear them are gang members but then so are the cops because 80 percent of the cops are criminals while they are on duty and violate the laws while they are on duty, I just saw the dvd of End of Watch and the portrayed cops were wearing tat's on thier arms and such. It's based on a true story. Even Roman soldiers were said to have had them, so what's the big deal? Who cares if it's a business decision?
