Any adult strapped to a kid for more than 15 minutes knows that one way to avert insanity is to find a children’s show that not only feeds the toddler noodle but doesn’t emaciate your own. Enter Yo Gabba Gabba!, a modern psychedelic trip through tyke land in which a red cyclops, a girly with a flower growing out of her head, a yellow robot, green monster and a friendly female cat dragon prance around doing something called a “Dancy Dance,” urged on by a DJ with a magic boom box. Musical guests include indie awesomeness like Chromeo, Ladytron and the Sounds, and stellar songs like “All My Friends are Different” featuring Leslie Hall. Gabba is so utterly fantastic, in fact, that even when your tiny terror finally passes out, you’ll still be watching. Now’s your chance to pack up the little sucker and see the gang live, and remember, don’t bite your friends!
