Some might call them Thin Lizzy plus Black Flagg, but they call themselves Psychedelic Violence—the long-haired, acid-dropping weirdos of The Shrine come to Alex's Bar this week and we are so, so ready. If you love the wild guitar riffs of the '70s and the manic thrashing of '80s punk, and maybe the untamed aesthetic of '90s metal, The Shrine are all that wrapped up in a trashed van reeking of smoke.
