Gritty electronic pop rock duo Tyler C. Burns and Eric Stoffel round out their Detroit Monday-night residency this week—and if you've yet to witness the epically charged live set these two produce, this is your final warning. The group's first release, The Death Rattle EP, is an ambitious debut, full of heavy, gravelly lines, dark undertones and ballad-worthy vocals—it's the way electro feels in the crux of a rager. Decode Radio is catchy and edgy—in an '80s goth-pop kid of way—and we're definitely interested to see what their sophomore effort might entail. Catch them in Costa Mesa right now, then keep an eye out to see where they land next.
Mondays, 8 p.m. Starts: Aug. 6. Continues through Aug. 27, 2012
