The King of rock and roll, magic hips and all, comes back from the dead for one day only as the Orange County Fair Grounds (California’s Graceland) hosts the 13th Annual Elvis Festival. But who are we kidding? Elvis never died—he’s been alive in our hearts this entire time! (And his death was a hoax, obviously.) Celebrate the life of this cultural icon during the full-day Elvis-thon featuring tribute artists (including the beyond-awesome four-foot three-inches Mini Elvis), an Elvis trivia bee, Elvis fan clubs, a singing contest, and—the most fitting tribute of all for the late and heavy Presley—a King of Sundaes ice cream eating contest. Don’t be cruel. Surrender. It’s now or never.
