Just in time for the nation's big elections, Theatre Out brings our beloved county the world premiere of a tale of OC politics. When an unforeseen accident erases the Democratic Party's candidate for District Attorney (we hear it has to do with an underwire bra and a lightning bolt), the young, talented (and gay) Nathan Zimmerman steps up. Enter a right-wing wolf of a reporter and an escaped murder convict, and you have the screwy comedy farce Strange Bedfellows. Written by Andrew Black and Patricia Milton, this hyper-local play opens this weekend at the one and only Theatre Out.
Fridays, Saturdays. Starts: Aug. 17. Continues through Sept. 8, 2012
