So many people fail to hear more than they want . the law states on a green light proceed IF the intersection is clear, and the other is it is legal to make a right on red, AFTER a complete stop.
You were the woman in the BMW turning right from Weir Canyon Road onto Santa Ana Canyon Road, heading west, in Anaheim Hills on July 3 at about 5 p.m. I was the guy turning left onto Santa Ana Canyon Road from the other direction. Here's a tip from the California Motor Vehicle Code: The red light means that you STOP, so that people with the green light, as I had, can go. You 'll also find that nowhere in the Vehicle Code does it say that honking your horn and waving your middle finger makes it okay to ignore the red light. You're a real class act.

"JARRY"? Why would you expect to be acquainted with the subject of my little anecdote? You also might want to experiment with that key on the left that says "Caps Lock".
Sounds much like the moron that ran into the back of my friend's car. When Jerry stopped for the red light, she was pissed as hell, only 3 cars ahead of Jerry had run the light, the genius figured another 3 should be able to make it too. Bring on the cameras, it's the only viable solution.
That Beemer driver sounds like a lot of the people who turn right when I have a light to make a legal U-turn at an intersection and then are kind enough to wave to me to continue making *my* legal turn!
It doesn't say what you were driving but unless it was a benz or better the beemer has the right of way. That's a California courtesy.
