Celebrate the year’s longest period of daylight during the Laguna Playhouse’s summer solstice party, First Summer Night in the Vineyards. Taste hors d’oeuvres by the Hyatt Regency Irvine and sip on wines from the host, Newport Beach Vineyards & Winery, while enjoying views of the property’s three-and-a-half acres of vineyards and the Upper Newport Bay. But this event features is even more than just wine tasting—the Playhouse incorporated theater into the festivities. The night's highlights include a series of Shakespearean vignettes directed by Damaso Rodriquez.
