Monday night entertainment doesn't have to be limited to watching Bad Girls Club reruns—you can get classy if you want to. Every week, Chapman University hosts a decidedly sophisticated cultural evening of music, art and opera. This week features the vocal talents of operatic soprano Carol Neblett, the institution's current Artist in Residence, as she performs An Evening of the Romantics. Neblett coaches opera beginners as well as conducts master classes for the school's music students—and now the master herself performs. Really, this is so much better than drunk brats trying to fight each other.
