The Brook Lee Catastrophe is an indie band who rocks a hint of country swagger. This may be due in part to singer Brook Lee, whose rich croon bears the hallmarks of a more appealing Ryan Adams. But the music defies attempts at pithy description with its lush instrumentation which includes xylophones, acoustic guitars, violin and thunderous percussion. Definitely worth a listen.
