The next time you hear sonic garbage like Owl City pumping from your radio, thank the Postal Service. Owl City as many know notoriously ripped off the Death Cab for Cutie side project. But should you ever hear the Young Romans through said speakers, you can also give a little thanks to the Postal Service. The Young Romans take the aforementioned band's good elements—soft sweet melodies, whistling keyboards and electro beats. And as a bonus, singers Brad Hooks and Sari Mellafe bring genuine chemistry to the mic, as opposed to something grossly synthesized by a pop star wannabe.
