If you don't know Leon Russell, you definitely know the people he's worked with. Dubbed "the ultimate rock session man," Russell's jammed with everyone from George Harrison during the Concert for Bangladesh to Phil Spector as part of his famous team of musicians. As a teenager, he toured in support of Jerry Lee Lewis, and he collaborated with the Byrds on "Mr. Tambourine Man." Between history and experience, this cowboy with the crazy white beard and gravelly voice knows rock n' roll better than today's bands selling out arenas—you can bet that Russell's upcoming solo show at the Coach House will be nothing short of blow away.
